Shipping policy

Please keep in mind we are a one woman show. We aim to get your ‘Available Now’ creations sent out in 24 - 48 hours from order. If there are any expected delays, these will be displayed on our social media’s & website. 

Unfortunately, once an order leaves our studio, it is up to Sendle / Aus Post how the parcel is handled or in what condition it arrives. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48hrs of your order being delivered & we will do our best to resolve the issue for you. 

All shipping charges on the checkout page are correct and final. These cannot be discounted with offer codes as shipping is at cost. It also includes the packaging to ensure it arrives to you safely.

COVID SHIPPING UPDATE: Unfortunately shipping delays are a lot higher than usual due to COVID. If your product is running late and you need an update, please lodge an enquiry through Australia Post with the tracking number provided in your order. Every order (unless a small standard $4 post) will be provided with a tracking number. Once it’s with the post, unless it’s not tracking, then it’s out of my hands. If your tracking isn’t showing as received or in transit within 3 business days, please contact me. Public holidays and weekends will affect the tracking as most of the time a Aus Post courier collects it from my address and it isn’t scanned into the system until it reaches the sorting facility. Refunds can not be given on product in transit, if it’s after the expected delivery time, and you’ve lodged an enquiry, I can apply for a refund on shipping. If approved, I will forward this refund onto you. I can only refund on product if the product is lost in transit and the product + shipping price is refunded to me to forward onto you. If the product is just going to be late and you will receive it, then only the price of shipping can be refunded if Australia Post provides it. Please note, this is very rare and I will work with you & Australia Post to get the desired outcome.

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Once your order has been sent we will be unable to process a refunds due to change of mind or circumstance. 

Due to the nature of the product, returns are not possible on any cups, straw accessories or associated items. We are also unable to process a refund for any custom designed products.
